When you place an order with Noliv, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure clarity and convenience around returns and refunds within the United KIngdom.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The return period begins from the date you receive the product. For a return to be accepted, items must remain in original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Products should be in a resellable condition and free from any signs of use or damage.
B. How to Process a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@noliv.store. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping labels are provided at no additional cost if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in all other cases, such as size issues or a change of mind.
C. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If any items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. This helps us promptly address any issues and provide a resolution.

D. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items with defects, incorrect sizing, wrong items, or damaged products. Exchanges are also available for size/color changes, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and unopened. E. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. All returns are processed at no extra cost to the customer, ensuring that you are not responsible for any hidden fees.
F. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take up to 7 additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
G. No Retroactive Discounts
Refunds cannot be issued for discounts that were not applied during checkout. Please ensure that any discount codes are applied during the purchase process, as we are unable to make adjustments afterward.
